Send your request here, from the app or the website. Our team will permanently delete your Florame account and its associated personal data.
What we delete
Your account, saved addresses, preferences, occasions, saved creations, personal content and data associated with your use of Florame, including data held by our service providers where applicable.
What may be retained
Only data needed for legal obligations, security or disputes. Tax and order records are normally retained for 10 years, as explained in our privacy policy. Deletion does not automatically cancel pending orders or refunds.
Timing and confirmation
We handle requests manually, normally within one month. We email the address verified on your account when deletion is complete. If a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain why and when to expect completion within that first month.
