Why is every purchase sent as a request?
The florist confirms that the bouquet and delivery can be handled properly before Florame captures your payment. You can follow the reply and every next step in Messages.
What changes for today, tomorrow or a later date?
For today and tomorrow, you can only request bouquets that match the florist’s confirmed stock. From the day after tomorrow, you can also request flowers that need sourcing; the florist confirms availability before you are charged.
When will I be charged?
Your bank first authorizes the total. Florame captures it only if the florist accepts. If the request is declined or expires, the authorization is released; your bank may take a few days to show the amount as available again.
Where can I see the florist’s reply?
Open Messages from the main navigation. The conversation shows the request, delivery details, response deadline and payment status. Florame announcements are read-only; use the support chat below when you need a person.
Can I change the address, day or time window?
Use the same “Where and when” control before payment. Florame keeps address, date and time window synchronized across the shop, cart and checkout. A change after a request is sent may require the florist to confirm again.
Will the AI preview match the real bouquet?
The preview guides colors and style. Real flowers naturally vary; the pre-departure photo lets you check the bouquet that was actually prepared.
Why might you contact the recipient?
We only say that a gift is arriving. Confirming availability helps avoid missed deliveries without revealing the surprise.
Can I track the delivery on a map?
Florame focuses on a clear delivery window and useful order updates rather than a moving map.
How does the gift card work?
Write your message in the cart: the florist prepares it with your flowers. The name on the envelope can be different from the person receiving or collecting.
